I emailed Wonder Stitches on a Monday evening of a bank holiday weekend regarding a broken curtain rail not expecting a reply at least for a day and imagine my surprise when I received a reply half an hour later (around 8 or 9pm). On Tuesday morning Erind and Jimmy came by to take all the measurements and by Thursday afternoon my curtains (and curtain rails) were fixed.
